How We Work
Beam staff is available to guide your employees through all health-insurance related questions and quandaries in a timely fashion. We are a local team and are reachable via phone, email, or in-person meetings. No impersonal apps, 1-800 numbers, or emails to generic customer service addresses. With Beam, your employees will speak to someone who knows them personally, and provides them with help tailored especially to their individual needs.
When beginning a relationship with your company we will work to understand your benefits and create a customized experience for those specific benefits. We will offer general company-wide sessions in person or online, during which we can get to know your employees and walk them through the basics of their benefits.
We will cover areas such as: in network/out of network, plan options, cost of care, prescription coverage and how to best utilize their benefits.
We will work with you through open enrollment and throughout the year, during which we will provide utilization reports. These reports help you better understand what health and wellness options your employees prefer and use, thereby allowing you to make the best possible choice when selecting benefits with a new or updated plan and/or provider.
Most importantly, we are available for employees via phone, email, or in-person meetings Monday – Friday for any questions or needs and will provide same-day responses.
